Living Lohan: Proving Dina Lohan Sucks as a Mother
Oh, Dina Lohan. I suspect that part of the whole point in doing this show is to “prove” that all the meanies are wrong and she’s really a fantastic parent.
How ironic. That would kind of be like Flavor Flav saying the purpose of his reality show was to show that he was a sane man with good taste in women.
In the first episode of Living Lohan, it becomes immediately apparent to anyone with half a brain that the only sane person in that entire household is the boy. Cody seems very sweet, and I feel badly for him that his family is full of self-absorbed crazy people.
Take his mother, for instance, who is unintentionally hilarious when she says, about the EVIL PAPARRAZI (aka, the same ones who gave her a name so that she could have a crap reality show on E! - nice biting of the hand that feeds you, Dina) “”They don’t realize…Ally and Cody … Cody goes to elementary school.”
Why, yes, yes, he does. And I’m sure that it’s tough to go to elementary school and have to explain half the crap that Lindsay has done. My sympathy is with the kid, but the only people I’m blaming for putting him in that predicament are his ditzy mother and his sister.
I’m not blaming the evil websites. And frankly, Dina Lohan’s insistence that she is a perfect mom who never does wrong grates on my nerves. She gets no sympathy from me. Period. Try taking some personal responsibility, Dina. Considering the very publicized, very TRUE battles your daughter has, the idea of personal responsibility is one that you need to teach her. ASAP.
And for the record? If you were really worried about what Cody and Ally (who really shouldn’t be allowed to have a boy bounding around in her bedroom at that age, especially not one you met on the internet) have to face at school, then why in the world would you sign up for this reality show?
Trust me, kiddies are going to tease Cody about this program at school a lot more than any alleged Lindsay Lohan sex tape. Especially since in the first episode of the show, his mother invites her 14-year-old daughter in to examine pictures of the alleged sex tape.
